Ladies’ Clubs
It’s probably true that there are more new widows in any given year than there are new widowers, and for these ladies access to a warm social life can be invaluable.
There’s one ladies’ club on the coast - M.O.F.T.A.G. in Calpe - which we have known for a long time and which seems to fit the bill perfectly with its mix of social, cultural and charitable events. People in other towns could do worse than to find out more about them and to establish similar organizations.
